Ethos & Mission Statement

Our school promotes a Catholic ethos which permeates each day. We operate under the patronage of the Diocese of Elphin. We warmly welcome pupils of all faiths and none and are proud to celebrate our rich Catholic faith and history. 

We teach our pupils to model the life of Jesus Christ, praying regularly and attending mass as a class and a whole school community. Religious education is an important part of all classes. Communion and Confirmation programmes and celebrations are of particular importance to the whole school. 

We are closely linked with our local parish church, St. John’s in Carraroe and our wonderful parish priest is a regular visitor to our school.
